What is Challenge Community Church?
We are a church that is made up of ordinary people, who meet regularly to worship God, study the Bible and serve the community of South Hereford.
Where does the Church meet?
At present we meet every Sunday morning at Marlbrook Primary School. We are currently finalising plans to build a church centre next to the school, which will incorporate a large auditorium and a coffee shop.
What does the Church believe?
The Church believes that Jesus Christ is God's Son and that God loves the world. We also believe that Jesus died in our place on the cross for our wrongdoing. Trusting in Jesus brings forgiveness, a restored relationship with God and eternal life.
The Bible is God's written word, and is the guidebook for life for Christians. We seek to model our Church practices on those the Bible teaches.
Our statement of faith is that of the Evangelical Alliance.
Who is welcome at Challenge Community Church?
Everyone is welcome to come and join us for any of our activities. We are a church that wants to serve the community around us.
If you want to find out more about Jesus and the Christian faith, or if you are visiting the area and want to worship with us, we would love to see you.
Who leads Challenge Community Church?
The church is led by three elders, one of whom works full time for the church -
